Here are the features of our system with some details of what goes on under the hood;

• When posting a vacancy, we immediately tell you how many active candidates in the database match your requirements.
• Every hour we check every vacancy on the system against every candidate on the system and email all candidates with vacancies that match their profile that they've not seen before.
• Within one minute of someone applying for your vacancy on-line, we will email you with details of the application including links to the candidates details and CV.
• Every night we will email you a list of active vacancies on your account with details of how many applications you have received, how many are actioned / outstanding, and how many days you have until the vacancy expires.

We are continually enhancing our produce and striving to acquire better search engine positioning with a view to pulling in more candidates. In addition, we are also increasing our coverage on top IT web sites and other locations we hope to find new potential candidates.

Advertising Options

If you offer IT employment, this site offers a variety of packages to help you find the best people to fill your IT vacancies. There are various packages  available to suit your needs, in each package one credit equates to one vacancy advertised for one month.

Vacancy Blaster Packages

We have devised a package specifically for companies looking to hit one or a small number of IT vacancies hard in order to recruit. Each time a vacancy is posted, the site pro-actively e-mails matching candidates alerting them to new matching IT candidates prompting a response.

Through experience we have learned that re-posting key vacancies 3 times over one month can be highly effective. Firstly it sends a second and third prompt to good IT candidates who may not have responded to previous prompts simply due to poor timing. Secondly, each new posting will pick up newly registered candidates who fit your adverts profile.

The Vacancy Blaster Package provides a Banner which links to your adverts which you will be given enough credits to post 3 times in one month.

Pay as you go advertising

Pay as you go credits can be used over any timescale. Once bought each credit will last 1 month from the date posted. So for example, of 10 pay as you go credits you may choose to post 2 initially, none for 6 months, then 6 more, none for another 4 months, then your remaining 2 vacancies. On each occasion the vacancy will last a month from posting. Remember to archive your vacancy after 1 month to avoid using up credits through the vacancy auto refreshing.
